In my own words
I believe that the patient is the foundation of medicine. As a physician I strive to seek out the patient's best interest and to improve their quality of life as well as achieve the health and wellness that they deserve as a person. We all come from different backgrounds, different philosophies, and have different interests but we are all deserving of a good and happy life.
I treat all patients as individuals, with each patient and their pathology as unique. I incorporate a large amount of patient autonomy into the decision making process recognizing that we are all different and want to ensure that we are acting to serve the patient's desires and achieve their goals. We will work together to achieve the best desired outcome for each individual.
