Your primary care provider leads your care team, which may include residents, specialized doctors, nurses, medical assistants and other health care professionals. Our team acts as a coach to help you get healthy, stay healthy, and get the care and services that are right for you.

A Hospitalist is a physician dedicated to the medical care to hospitalized patients. Hospitalists at St. Joseph's are referred to as Academic Hospitalists because they engage in clinical care along with teaching residents and medical students in the field of general hospital medicine.
This type of care is centered around patients and their families, to provide the best possible quality of life at any stage in the patient's illness. Palliative care can be provided alongside medical care for curing your illness, known as curative treatment.
St. Joseph's Pre-Admission Testing Center offers services to help prepare you for surgery.
