On September 29, 2014, Moody's Investor Service assigned 'A3' ratings to Dignity Health's Series 2014A taxable bonds and Series 2014B tax-exempt fixed rate revenue bonds.

On April 13, 2016, Standard & Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'A' rating to Dignity Health's existing tax-exempt, taxable bonds, and direct placements.  The outlook was revised from 'stable' to 'negative'.
