Albert Wendt, MD

Albert Wendt, MD, is a medical oncologist in the Dignity Health – Cancer Institute at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center. Dr. Wendt is board certified in both internal medicine and medical oncology.

Dr. Wendt’s expertise includes breast cancer risk assessment, diagnosis and treatment. He is a member of the American College of Physicians, American Medical Association, and the American Society of Clinical Oncology. He was also the President of the Arizona Clinical Oncology Society from 2003-2007.

Dr. Wendt received his medical degree from the University of Arizona, where he also completed his residency in internal medicine and a fellowship in medical oncology.
