Cancer patients often experience sexual health issues when going through cancer treatment. At Dignity Health – Cancer Institute at St. Joseph’s, the goal is to help restore people to their lives before and after treatment, including with sexual intimacy. Dr. George Kallingal and Dr. Nicole Afuape discuss the safe space that exists at the Cancer Institute for patients to talk to their providers, discuss their concerns, and even bring in their partners if they feel comfortable.
