OBGYN Residents Dignity Health

Medical School: Saba University School of Medicine

I am committed to advancing my career through a fellowship in either Urogynecology or Gynecologic Oncology. With a strong passion for global health, one of my long-term goals is to contribute to the development of standardized women's healthcare practices in developing countries. In addition to my professional pursuits, I enjoy outdoor activities such as fishing, hiking, and exploring new restaurants, as well as playing pickleball. Living in Arizona, I am excited to take advantage of its stunning hiking trails and explore the natural beauty of the region.I chose to pursue my residency in Arizona after my interview with Dr. Azhar and the faculty, where I immediately felt welcomed. The compassion and enthusiasm the faculty demonstrated for the program were evident, and even after the interviews concluded, I found that DHEV remained on my mind. It became clear to me that I wanted to be a part of this exceptional team.

Medical School : Allama Iqbal Medical College

I’m an aspiring OB-GYN with a passion for gynecologic oncology, and I’m excited to make a difference in women’s lives through both surgery and care. When I’m not in the hospital, you’ll find me cooking up something tasty with my husband or chasing around our playful puppy. Arizona is the perfect place for me—sunny days, beautiful landscapes, and a laid-back vibe that gives me the balance I need to thrive both in my career and in life.

I was born in the UK and raised in Turkiye. I completed my medical education and obstetrics and gynecology residency in Ankara,Turkiye. To advance in my career in the US, I worked as a research associate at Yale University, focusing on maternal-fetal medicine and urogynecology. I have a strong passion for surgery and my interests include minimally invasive surgical techniques, gynecologic oncology, and clinical research. I am currently pursuing a masters degree in Clinical Trials at The London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. Outside of work, I enjoy practicing yoga, exploring new destinations, and hanging out with my two cats and husband. I look forward to discovering the outdoor lifestyle and the beautiful hiking trails in Arizona!

Medical School : Midwestern University Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine

I love the breadth of Obstetrics & Gynecology Medicine. I couldn’t be more excited to continue my training in a field I truly love. While I enjoy all aspects of OB/GYN, I’m particularly interested in high-risk obstetrics and the opportunity it provides to make a meaningful impact during some of the most vulnerable moments in a patient’s life. Outside of medicine, I love spending time with my husband and children and traveling abroad together whenever we get the chance. Arizona has been home for the past 18 years, I love the sunshine and the sense of community here (even if the summers are a bit intense!).
