We are dedicated to providing excellent care in a safe, patient- and family-centered care environment.

All patients have the right to choose who may visit them. It is the responsibility of each visitor to comply with policies that protect patients’ rights to considerate and respectful care and privacy.

• Guests must observe appropriate hand hygiene guidelines
• Guests who have symptoms of illness (e.g., cough, fever, runny nose or diarrhea) should refrain from visiting for patients’ safety. The nurse may ask a sick guest to leave.
• Guests wishing to visit patients in isolation will need to obtain permission from the nursing station before entering the room.
• No pictures or video are permitted while care is being provided. This also refers to the use of cell phone cameras or other media devices.
