Chandler Regional Medical Center was the first in the state to install the new Philips Ingenia 1.5T Magnetic Resonance (MR) System. This is the first-ever broadband MR that provides a better view of a specific area of the body or the whole body while at the same time offering more comfort to patients such as:

  • More space to help reduce anxiety
  • Smart software increases consistency and exam speed
  • Digital coil design enables less patient repositioning for many exams
  • Enhances the openness of the system with ambient lighting
  • Reduces patient-perceived acoustic noise by more than 80 percent
  • Adapts to meet diverse patient needs, including age, size and physical condition
