When To Go To An Urgent Care?

We have board certified doctors and registered nurses who can care for adult and pediatric patients with the follow conditions, among others:

  • Sprains and strains
  • Ear infections
  • Allergic reactions (non life-threatening)
  • Fever or flu-like symptoms
  • Rash or other skin irritations
  • Mild asthma
  • Broken bones

There’s more to Dignity Health Urgent Care than meets the eye. In addition to caring for your illnesses and injuries, we offer school sport physicals. Some of our Urgent Care locations provide outpatient laboratory and radiology services as well.

When To Go To The Emergency Room?

If you are experiencing a life threatening symptom or injury, immediately call 9-1-1. You will be taken to the nearest emergency room, which is the best place for these and other critical conditions, including:

  • Chest pain
  • Difficulty breathing
  • Loss of consciousness
  • Severe bleeding
  • Sudden loss of vision or blurred vision
  • Sudden numbness or weakness of the face, arm or leg, especially on one side of the body
  • Sudden, severe headache with no known cause

When critical care is needed beyond the urgent care, we provide seamless transfer to Chandler Regional or Mercy Gilbert Medical Center, and your Dignity Health Urgent Care co-pay will be applied to your emergency room co-pay.
