Thinking of starting or adding to your family tree? Take a virtual tour of our Family Birth Center at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center. Our Joint Commission's Perinatal Care Certification means our family birth center and Level III NICU offers you and your baby the gold standard of care under one roof.
Maternity tours meet the 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month at 1, 2 and 3. There will be no tours if the weekend is a holiday weekend.

Pre-Register Your Stay
Start the registration process and avoid the extra time needed to complete paperwork upon arrival:
Online
Pre-register your stay at your convenience using our simple, online form. All information submitted in the online pre-registration form is treated as confidential.
Fax or Print
You can also print the pre-registration form, complete the information and return it by fax (602.406.4139) or bring it with you at check-in:
Upon receipt of your form, a staff member will contact you to go over the information provided to finalize your registration.
Please note, when you arrive, you will still be required to provide identification, finalize financial arrangements, and sign a few forms before going to the birth center.
