Allison Crain, MD is a Family Medicine physician at Dignity Health St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center.

She is passionate about the patient experience and providing evidence based and individualized care with shared-decision making and open communication to meet the needs of her patients.

Her special interests include Headache Disorders, Pediatrics, Women’s Health and Gender Affirming Care.

Dr. Crain earned her undergraduate degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology, as well as her medical degree, from the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona. She completed her residency training in Family Medicine at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center. She has been awarded the Degree of Fellow by the American Academy of Family Physicians. She is also UCNS Board Certified in Headache Medicine
