Sara Peña, MD, MPH
Sara Peña, MD, MPH, is a family medicine physician in the Family Medicine Center at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center.
She is also an associate clinical professor in the Department of Family Medicine at the University of Arizona College of Medicine and assistant professor/affiliated faculty of Department of Family Medicine at the Creighton College of Medicine.
Dr. Peña’s special areas of interest are obesity, diabetes and preventative health. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
Dr. Peña received a Master in Public Health and her Medical Degree from the University of Arizona in Tucson. She then completed a fellowship in faculty program development.
