Adam Balzer, NP

Adam J. Balzer, ANP-C, is an Adult Nurse Practitioner in Internal Medicine Department at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center. He is certified by the Arizona State Board of Nursing and the American Nursing Credentialing Center.

Adam specializes in adult primary care and manages the anticoagulation program . He is a member of the Arizona Nurses Association, American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, American Nurses Association, American College of Cardiology and the Heart Rhythm Society.

Adam received his Master’s and Bachelor’s Degrees in nursing from Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona. As part of his graduate studies, he completed clinical rotations in cardiology, dermatology, endocrinology, geriatrics, internal medicine, neurology, ophthalmology and orthopedics.
