Dignity Health - Arizona hospitals are once again providing urgent health care services. We have now resumed some procedures and services, following guidance from national and state health officials.
If you need to find a doctor, we can help.
We encourage you to consider virtual visits (via phone or video chat) instead of in-person visits, whether you have coronavirus symptoms or not. Meet with one of our doctors from anywhere, right on your device. Find a provider that offers video visits.
Our emergency rooms and urgent cares are open and safely providing the care you need right away. For your comfort you can select a check-in time online and wait at home until your estimated arrival time.
The safety of our patients and staff always come first and we realize you may have concerns about getting care in person. You should be confident that it is safe to get care now. We’re following safety guidelines from the CDC and state for resumption of care.

Urgent Cares
Our Ahwatukee, Gilbert, Maricopa and Queen Creek urgent care locations are open and serving patients with the following precautions:
On May 1, Dignity Health hospitals in Arizona received approval from the Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) to reinstate elective surgeries. All of our hospitals have started performing elective surgeries in a phased approach.
Physicians who practice at Dignity Health hospitals in Arizona have also adopted new guidelines regarding scheduled procedures and diagnostics. To learn more about existing appointments, please contact your physician directly. Our clinical teams are prepared to conduct procedures and diagnostics as necessary with appropriate COVID-19 precautions.
You can schedule now. We have safely resumed health care services and procedures. Contact your doctor to schedule your procedure or for any other questions you may have.
We have made certain changes to enhance the safety of our patients and our staff. In terms of entrances, exits and facility hours, access will only be available through the hospitals’ main entrances or emergency departments (for emergency patients only).
For the most up-to-date information about visitation policies at our hospitals and any possible exceptions, please view our individual hospital visitor pages.
We recognize that many patients may have experienced changes in their health insurance. If you are concerned about the cost of care, please visit our individual websites (listed below) to learn more about financial assistance we provide to patients who need it.
We’re working on a plan to safely and appropriately resume classes and community events when possible following state guidelines.
Many classes and events, as well as support groups, have been cancelled, temporarily. However, there are some classes and support groups that are able to meet online. Please click on the Arizona hospital below for specific information:
