Welcome to Dignity Health's Community Health and Wellness Education Program, PEP. We cater to your wellness needs. Try one of our medically integrated classes including: balance, yoga, strengthening, parkinsons, pilates, osteoporosis, aquatic, and classes designed for parents etc. Most of our many PEP classes are located at the Dignity Health Wellness Center at 21340 E. Cliff Drive, Santa Cruz.
