Dominican Hospital Outpatient Rehabilitation Center considers physical therapy to be an integral part of your care and recovery. Our highly trained and experienced Orthopedic Physical Therapy team, provides results-oriented, personalized therapy services for patients with all types of orthopedic injuries, conditions and surgeries. We evaluate and treat each patient on an individual basis, and are committed to helping you reach your optimal level of function. We work closely with you, the orthopedic physician and other clinicians to ensure care is coordinated across the continuum to help you achieve the best outcomes.
