Admitting and Registration is your first stop when you visit Sequoia. We are located on the garden level, down the hall from the main entrance.

Pre-Register Online

Registration Hours

Monday through Friday: 5 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Closed on weekends.

When the Admitting office is closed, please go to Emergency Department Registration (first floor). Learn more about parking and directions.
