Dignity Health Dominican Hospital and Mercy Medical Center Merced reach new agreement with CCAH

Dignity Health is pleased to announce we have reached a new agreement with CCAH that will allow CCAH-insured patients to maintain in-network access to Dominican Hospital and Mercy Medical Center Merced services, facilities and providers. This is a win for our patients who deserve access to high quality, high-value health care services close to home, and we appreciate their patience as we have worked through this process.

We were able to reach agreement on a new contract before the previous contract expired on March 15, 2024, so there was no lapse in network status for our hospitals and providers. 

From the beginning, our goal in working with CCAH has always been about ensuring we can continue to meet the needs of our patients today and in the future. We know these negotiations were stressful for our patients, the communities we serve, and our own team. We sincerely appreciate patients’ understanding during the negotiations.
