Peanut Butter Protein Bites
These perfectly-sized bites are packed with protein and are easy to take with you for an on-the-go snack.
Ingredients
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- 2/3 cup shredded, unsweetened coconut
- 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
- 1/2 cup semisweet (or vegan) chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/3 cup honey
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and stir well. Shape and roll the ingredients into one-inch balls. Chill in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. Enjoy!
