Visitor Services
We provide multiple services for our patient’s family and visitors while they are at our hospital.
ATM
A Kern Schools Federal Credit Union ATM is located in the main lobby on the first floor.
Cafeteria
The Courtyard Cafe is located on the first floor near the main lobby. The cafeteria is open seven days a week. Hours: 6:30 - 10 a.m.; 10:30 a.m. - 2 p.m.; 4 - 7 p.m.
Chapel
The Chapel is located in the main hospital lobby and open to visitors of all faiths.
Flowers
Flowers may be brought in by visitors, delivered to the hospital, or delivered by the hospital’s Gift Shop to patient care areas. When bringing fresh-cut flowers, please bring a vase or container. Flowers will be delivered to patient rooms as they are received.
Gift Shop
The Cloverkey gift shop at Memorial Hospital offers a large selection of get-well gifts, snacks and beverages, fresh flowers, convenience items, Dignity Health branded merchandise, and more! Purchases can be made in person at the gift shop, online, or by phone.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday, 11 a.m. – 4 p.m.; Holiday hours may vary
Free same-day delivery to patients: The gift shop offers free same-day delivery to patients at Memorial Hospital! Place your order online at the link below, or call the gift shop at 661-541-0194 to speak with a friendly Cloverkey associate. Orders placed within two hours of closing are delivered the same day. Rewards program: Customers can sign up for Cloverkey Rewards in person at the gift shop. Rewards members will earn points on qualifying purchases made at the gift shop. Points can be redeemed for merchandise at any Cloverkey location.
Parking
Patient and guest parking is available 24/7 and free of charge in any of the hospital visitor parking lots. For your safety, Security will be happy to escort you to your vehicle any time. Please call ext. 4739 if you would like to be accompanied to your car.
Vending Machines
Vending machines are available 24 hours a day. They are located throughout the hospital, including the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit/Labor and Delivery; Emergency Department; Outdoor Center Courtyard; and Cath Lab waiting area. Ask your nurse or a staff member for the nearest location.
WiFi
Free, wireless Internet is available to keep you connected during your stay. Ask our staff or volunteers how to access our WiFi.
