Mercy Medical Center believes in making health care accessible. That’s why the Mercy Medical Center Mobile Care Clinic delivers care to the communities that need it most across Merced County. Our Mobile Care Clinic travels with a highly-skilled health care team and a community health navigator to provide the following services:
- Bilingual staff (English/Spanish)
- Evaluation and treatment of episodic medical conditions
- Identification of medical homes for those patients with chronic needs
- Identification of social services and resources in the community
- Blood pressure screenings
- BMI screenings
- Glucose screenings
- Social services referrals
- Health insurance enrollment referrals
- Community resources referrals
