Cancer Center Programs

We’re committed to fulfilling the unique needs of each patient and their family, offering support and guidance through every stage of their journey, which is why we provide the following programs to our community at no cost. 

Smoking Cessation Class

Fresh Start, also known as smoking cessation, is open to anyone that wants to quit tobacco use. This program is a collaboration with the American Cancer Society. This is a FREE 4 week program that meets one-hour each week and is taught by a certified Fresh Start facilitator. In this program you will learn about the benefits of quitting smoking and gain valuable knowledge and skills in order to plan YOUR quit date. Participants will be offered free smoking cessation patches, as well as a kit full of helpful resources.

Cancer Support Group

This group is for anyone with a cancer experience to share stories, learn from others, and make new friends. Anyone who survived or is battling cancer such as Lymphoma, breast cancer, or leukemia is welcome to attend this free support group. Family and friends are always welcome.

To Register: There is no registration required to attend the Cancer Support Group.

Massage Therapy

Studies of massage for cancer patients suggest massage can decrease certain symptoms of cancer including stress, anxiety, depression, pain, and fatigue. We provide 15 minute sessions by a certified massage therapist for our cancer patients that have been cleared by their doctor to receive on their treatment day.

Accessible Yoga

This yoga class welcomes all bodies into a gentle environment. Going at your own pace and letting your body be the teacher in this all levels class, you’ll learn the importance of breathing and self-awareness. Learn how to put yoga for all bodies and minds into an everyday approachable practice. Make sure to wear comfortable clothing.

Please bring to class:
