Mercy Medical Center's Home Health program will help you and your family manage your health care needs when you are well enough to be discharged from the hospital, a nursing home, or other inpatient care setting. It can also be used provide you with the medical treatment so you do not have to be admitted into inpatient care.
Admission to Mercy Home Care’s program must come at your doctor’s request and is based on your current medical condition. Your doctor will determine which types of care you need to continue the recovery process, regain self-sufficiency, or remain safe in your home.
