St. Joseph's Medical Center Appoints David P. Ziolkowski as New President

(STOCKTON, CA) January 9, 2025 – St. Joseph's Medical Center is pleased to announce the appointment of David P. Ziolkowski as its new President and Chief Executive Officer, effective February 10, 2025. Mr. Ziolkowski brings over two decades of experience in healthcare leadership, marked by significant achievements in operational turnaround, financial improvement, quality enhancement, and community engagement.

Mr. Ziolkowski’s career is distinguished by a consistent track record of success in improving key performance indicators at various healthcare organizations. His expertise in strategic planning, physician relations, and operational excellence will be instrumental in guiding St. Joseph's Medical Center’s continued growth and expansion of services.

Most recently, Mr. Ziolkowski served as Chief Executive Officer at Tenet's Carondelet St. Mary's Hospital, where he spearheaded a remarkable transformation, resulting in significant improvements in growth, market share, safety and patient satisfaction. His collaborative leadership style emphasizes frontline engagement and a steadfast commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
