A regular mammography is the best way to detect
and beat breast cancer.
Monthly breast exams along with yearly mammograms are considered to be the biggest aid in diagnosing breast cancer. Women age 40 and older should get an annual screening mammogram even if they appear to show no breast symptoms. If you are at a higher risk (like a family history of breast cancer) you should speak with your doctor as you may need to start earlier screenings.
