Get your life back on track.
If you're suffering from a mental health issue, such as a mood disorder, emotional issues, mental health condition or substance abuse problem, our outpatient services are available to help you get your life back on track. We are here to help you improve your coping skills, make sure your medications are stabilized, and provide a listening ear.
St. Joseph’s Behavioral Health Center offers extensive outpatient services to treat mental health and emotional issues, and to promote healing and improve life skills for individuals of all ages.
We utilize a method called Dialectical Behavior Therapy to present skills for effective living in all of our outpatient programs. Patients learn how to identify and change distorted thinking, communicate effectively in relationships, and regain control over their lives through these four Life Skills modules:
A two-week day-program providing comprehensive treatment for mental and emotional issues.
Individual and group psychotherapy to decrease the need for hospitalization.
Individual and group psychotherapy for children ages 5 and up.
An intensive (3 hours a day, 3 days a week) program to enhance life skills and incorporate them into daily living.
Life skills training to reduce destructive behavior and improve self-esteem and feelings of joy.
