SOAR Program Manager
Program Responsibilities:
Crystal maintains accountability for the education design process (development, design, implementation, and evaluation) of the SOAR Residency & Fellowship programs. She is accountable for orienting all key stakeholders into the program and leads meetings to ensure key stakeholders contribute to the program's growth. She maintains accountability and oversight of all sites and practice settings. She serves as the primary point of contact with the ANCC PTAP/APPFA team.

Stephanie plays a crucial role in the operational success of residents and fellows by ensuring all program components are consistently implemented. Stephanie ensures all learners are appropriately trained on the SOAR program, as well as introduces them to the ANA Scope and Standards of Practice and applicable practice setting scope. She also ensures these residents and fellows assimilate into their unit and oversees their progress throughout their year long training program.

Practice Setting Coordinators
There is a team of practice setting coordinator (PSC) experts who are responsible for ensuring that all components of the program are consistently operationalized across the hospitals within their assigned department. Each PSC is an expert in these specialties and has prior experience and knowledge in order to teach to this practice setting-specific curriculum. These dynamic experts ensure they are teaching to the latest evidence based practice materials through a variety of different teaching styles and learning modalities.
