Central Coast patients now have access to leading-edge research, referral pathways, and subspecialty care. 

Stanford Health Care’s unique digital health solutions will play an important part in this collaboration, with the goal of empowering local physicians and meaningfully improving the ability to partner in the care journey of patients and their families. Patient care will be coordinated between Dignity Health Central Coast, Pacific Central Coast Health Centers, aligned physicians and Stanford Health Care to ensure a seamless experience, which will improve care, access, and services for patients and communities.
