Arroyo Grande Community Hospital Foundation Comedy Night Raises More Than $300,000 for Surgical Services

 

ARROYO GRANDE, CA – March 30, 2022 – Arroyo Grande Community Hospital Foundation raised more than $300,000 at its 1920’s-themed Comedy Night event on March 12 at Thousand Hills Ranch. The event featured comedy by Andy Hendrickson and a live auction, all benefiting upgrades and modernization of the hospital’s surgical services.

Comedy Night 2022 was sponsored by Event Sponsor, Vituity and Premier Sponsor, the Arroyo Grande Community Hospital and Marian Regional Medical Center Medical Staff. The event’s successful live auction lineup featured 21 items including jewelry, trips, and a puppy. During a separate call to action portion, JB Dewar, Inc. matched all gifts up to $25,000. 

All funds raised at Comedy Night will benefit Arroyo Grande Community Hospital’s Surgical Services Campaign. The campaign will help modernize the surgical suite with advanced technology, improved functionality and facility upgrades. Arroyo Grande Community Hospital Foundation is partnering with the community to raise $1.5 M to make these upgrades possible.
