Our experienced multidisciplinary team of therapists and rehabilitation nurses, led by a board certified Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physician, offer a wide range of therapies individualized to each patient’s unique needs.
Our rehabilitation center offers intensive therapy for:

- Degenerative Neurological Disorders
- Major Multiple Trauma
- Orthopedic Dysfunction
- Spinal Cord Injury
- Stroke
If you’ve suffered through a disabling illness like a brain or spinal cord injury, injury including amputation, major surgery or even general surgery, we’re here to help. Our treatment team consists of doctors, physiatrists (doctors who specialize in physical therapy) rehab nurses and social workers.
Depending on your particular needs, you’ll also engage with any or all of the following:

- Orthotic/Prosthetic specialists

Arroyo Grande’s Acute Rehabilitation Center offers 20 beds and is the only acute rehabilitation center within a 200-mile radius. We’re here to help all central coast patients.
