Our  electrophysiologists use the most advanced technology and procedures available to detect, diagnose and treat arrhythmias. Electrophysiology is the cardiology specialty that diagnoses and treats problems related to the heart’s electrical system or heart rhythm malfunctions.

Typically, arrhythmias are treated and controlled by medication, implanted heart devices and/or surgical procedures.

Interventional cardiologists  are Fellowship-trained, providing a comprehensive array of interventional treatments for a variety of cardiovascular conditions.

Interventional procedures are typically minimally invasive, catheter-based treatments used to treat both cardiac and vascular conditions throughout the body. Compared to more invasive procedures, minimally invasive treatments typically lead to quicker and easier recoveries. Among the treatments offered by our team of interventional cardiologists.

  • Consultative and Interventional Cardiology
  • Complex percutaneous coronary interventions
  • Peripheral vascular interventions
  • Transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR)
  • WATCHMAN device implantation and  left atrial appendage closure
  • Percutaneous ASD/PFO closure
  • Complex ablations including that for atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter, ventricular and supraventricular tachycardia
  • Pacemaker/defibrillator placements
  • Conduction system pacing (His Bundle Pacing and Left Bundle Branch Pacing)
