MERCED, CA - November 7, 2017 - Dignity Health Medical Foundation today announces that Mark Spitzer, DO has joined their group and is now accepting patients. Dr. Spitzer is a otorhinolaryngologist specializing in ear, nose, and throat conditions including allergic rhinitis (seasonal allergies), head and neck surgeries (e.g.: thyroidectomy, neck cancers, salivary gland issues) and general otolaryngology. He practiced previously as Associated ENT of Merced. He will stay at his existing location at 410 East Yosemite Avenue, Suite B, in Merced.
He received his medical degree from the College of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery at Des Moines University in Des Moines Iowa. He completed his residency in family practice and otolaryngology at Naval Hospital in Oakland, California and his internship at Naval Aerospace Regional Medical Center in Pensacola, Florida.
