Northridge family practice medical group joins Dignity Health

Dignity Health Medical Group - Northridge Family Medicine formally announces its formation and partnership with 16 new physicians. The group of teaching physicians will begin seeing patients as part of the Dignity Health Medical Group on March 1, 2016.

Already providing health services to the greater Northridge community since 1976, the physicians bring community knowledge, earned trust and expanded access to the best medical care for Dignity Health patients.

Dignity Health Medical Group – Northridge Family Medicine will offer Family Medicine, Hospital Medicine, Maternity Care, Sports Medicine, and Pediatrics services to the community.
 

Family Medicine will include doctors Kathy Cairo, MD, Pamela Davis, MD, Christopher Kuhlman, MD, Lucy Lee, MD, Diana Lev, MD, Aubrey Tell, MD, Cindy Yang, MD, and
Joni Zapata, MD.  

Hospital Medicine will include doctors Mark Amico, MD, Prathima Charagundla, MD, Michael Damavandi, DO, Samuel Feizi, MD, Isabelle Gerard-Madzar, MD, and
Amber Williams, DO.  

Family Practice Maternity Care will include doctors Diana Lev, MD and Aubrey Tell, MD.  

Sports Medicine will include Mandeep Ghuman, MD, the Sports Medicine Fellowship Director and a sports medicine fellow.
Pediatrics will include doctor Catherine Cho, MD.

In addition to the specialties and providers, the group will continue to operate the Family Medicine Residency Program at Northridge Hospital Medical Center.The 24 resident physicians at Northridge Hospital spend three years training under board-certified family physicians who hold teaching appointments at UCLA and are members of the UCLA faculty. The Residency Program has graduated more than 200 family physicians – many of whom stay to serve this community. 

The group sees patients by appointment only, Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.  Same-day appointments are available for urgent medical problems.  We also have extended hours on Monday, Tuesday & Thursday from 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm for both urgent and non-urgent needs. All services are provided at 18406 Roscoe Blvd in Northridge, Calif.  91325.
