Audiology and ENT services
Our audiologists obtain a thorough case history, and, combined with testing results, advise and counsel patients and their families, making recommendations for improved hearing ability. They also refer to our Otolaryngology (Ear, Nose and Throat - ENT) physicians if medical conditions are present - giving our patients convenience and continuity of care.
Our team is licensed for dispensing and fitting hearing aids and assisted listening devices to our patients when needed. Follow-up appointments and continued care is provided on a long-term basis, often developing relationships over many years. Our team completes continuing education to stay current with the evolving hearing aid technologies and educational research, so our patients receive the best hearing care.
Otolaryngology or Ear Nose and Throat (ENT) is the area of medicine that specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases in the head and neck area, including the ear, middle ear, nose, sinuses, oral cavity, larynx and neck.
Our otolaryngologists work closely with other specialists to provide coordinated, comprehensive care. They work particularly closely with specialists in dermatology, allergy, pulmonology and for patients with headaches and obstructive sleep apnea, the neurology department.

Optometry and ophthalmology services
Optometry is a medical profession that deals with nonsurgical medical eye care and vision problems. We provide primary eye care for patients of all ages and also work closely with primary care physicians, pediatricians and other medical specialties. Our optometrists are trained to provide high-quality eye care, including accurate glasses and contact lens fitting.
Ophthalmology deals with the anatomy, physiology and diseases of the eye. Mercy’s specialists have expertise in managing the full spectrum of eye care, from diagnosis to delicate eye surgery. Many eye problems are related to other medical conditions, such as diabetes and autoimmune or thyroid disease. Under these circumstances, Mercy Medical Group's ophthalmologists work closely with physicians in other medical specialties to diagnose and treat the underlying problem.
Primary care services
The primary care physicians provide complete care for your entire family, diagnosing and treating a variety of health conditions and diseases for patients of all ages. In addition to diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses, our physicians provide routine health screenings and preventive care to prevent illnesses before they develop. And, if a health condition arises that requires care from another specialist, we will be there to guide you and to coordinate all aspects of your care.
