Why I Became a Medical Provider: I've always had the desire to help others and to make a difference. As the second physician in my family, I grew up observing my father absolutely loving what he does every day, and the life-long connections he made with his patients and families. I chose Urology, and specifically female urology, because there is such an opportunity to improve one's quality of life. I love being able to establish a continuity of care and be able to help my patients whether in the clinic, in the operating room, or just allowing them to live a better life. Personal Interests and Hobbies: I'll never turn down a good farmer's market or outdoor adventure! This is why I love our community so much. In my time away from work, I enjoy culinary adventures, spending time with family, and of course my rescue pup.
Always treat others with the same level of dignity, care, and amount of respect with how you would expect to be treated. This extends to not only my patients, but my co-workers and those in the community. I would never want anyone to feel that they are receiving a lesser level of care for any reason.

Philosophy of Care: Delivering the best quality, patient-centered experience requires fostering a trusting, respectful and open dialogue so that an individual’s concerns, needs, and goals are always addressed. A patient must always feel empowered through education to contribute to their care decisions, which is critical to leveraging the intersection between public health and clinical medicine towards preventative care.
Personal Interests and Hobbies: In my free time you can count on seeing me outside. Distance running, hiking/camping, snowboarding, live music and international travel are just a few of the things that keep me recharged and energized. My other hobbies include woodworking, photography and trying anything new!
