Division of Workers' Compensation (DWC) monitors the administration of workers' compensation claims and provides administrative and judicial services to assist in resolving disputes that arise in connection with claims for workers' compensation benefits.

The Division of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) is charged with the jurisdiction and supervision over workplaces in California that are not under federal jurisdiction. The division enforces the laws and regulations governing the protection of the life, safety and health of every employee in California places of employment.
