At Dignity Health, we believe every patient deserves access to high-quality healthcare from the providers they know and trust. We are working to reach a new agreement with Heritage/Regal Provider Network to protect access for patients. If we are unable to reach agreement, the following hospitals may no longer be in-network with Heritage/Regal as of October 1, 2024

  • California Hospital Medical Center
  • Community Hospital of San Bernardino
  • Glendale Memorial Hospital and Health Center
  • St. Bernardine Medical Center
  • St. Mary Medical Center

What is happening between Dignity Health and Heritage/Regal Provider Network?
Over the last several months, Dignity Health has been negotiating in good faith with Heritage/Regal Provider Network to reach a new, responsible contract agreement that puts patients’ needs first and ensures their continued in-network access to Dignity Health hospitals. Our goal is to protect patients’ access to our hospitals, and other vital health care services while ensuring our ability to continue providing quality services now and in the future.

What happens if no agreement is reached? Will I still be able to receive care from Dignity Health?
Please contact Heritage/Regal Provider Network at the number located on the back of your member card for additional information. In the event of an emergency, you may go to any hospital, regardless of whether the hospital is in your plan’s network.

What is Dignity Health doing to protect patients?
Dignity Health strongly desires to continue caring for patients with Heritage/Regal Provider Network. We are negotiating in good faith, and it is our hope that Heritage/Regal Provider Network will agree to a new, responsible contract that puts patients first.
