Roxanne Burke, MPA
Residency Coordinator
Roxanne Burke retired in 2022 from Shasta County Health and Human Services where she served in many leadership capacities. During her career, Roxanne provided administrative oversight to more than 425 employees in a variety of safety net programs providing food and healthcare access, nutrition education, pandemic planning and response, substance use disorder treatment and reducing barriers to employment. Prior to the County, Roxanne worked in public relations and marketing at Catholic Healthcare West North State (now Dignity Health/Common Spirit). During Roxanne’s 30 years as a Shasta County resident, she has served on several local boards and committees that improve quality of life. In her spare time, Roxanne enjoys exploring trails, yoga, reading, local theater and movies.
