Childbirth Education Class
This series helps prepare women and their partners for the labor and birth experience. The class covers topics from pregnancy to birth, cesarean and postpartum with an emphasis on options for labor and delivery and coping strategies for pain management. Plan ahead and enroll in a Childbirth Education Class during your 4th or 5th month of pregnancy. Classes fill up quickly and space is limited.
The Childbirth Preparation class is offered in an "all-day" Saturday format from 9am - 3pm. Plan on a 1-hour lunch/snack time on your own around noon, bring lunch or be prepared to purchase one. Registration is limited and required prior to the class, email [email protected] to save your space today.
You may bring a labor ball, if you have one, a blanket and pillows for the skills portion of the class, although these are not required.

Breastfeeding Basics
This class is recommended for new moms and for women in the 2nd and 3rd trimester of pregnancy. This class will discuss a variety of topics: common issues about latch-on techniques, avoiding sore nipples, returning to work or school, and expressing and storing breast milk. If you are a new mom, you are encouraged to bring your newborn to the class. Dads/partners are also welcome.

Classes are held in Auditorium A and B from 6 – 8 p.m.

I will check my email about one week prior to breastfeeding classes. I will send reminders for breastfeeding classes within a few days of class.
