All very good
NP Tracy Lyou is the Best. Her wealth of knowledge is priceless. On top of that she is personal and compassionate.
Tracy had all data necessary to understand my medical situation. She was able to offer explanations for the results of my blood test and ultrasound and indicated that she would reach out to my doctors to ensure they were aware of our conversation and proposed next steps.
I always feel that Tracy respects me and cares about me. She listens patiently to my concerns and follows through making sure I receive the right tests and/or treatment. I appreciate her manner and professionalism.
