In my own wordsMy philosophy of care is a holistic, compassionate, and patient-centered approach to care using evidence-based practice by staying up-to-date on the latest and best practices in healthcare. I view the patient as a whole, including their physical, emotional, and social needs. I feel the patient needs to be involved in the decisions pertaining to their care based on their values and beliefs.
I was a registered nurse for 30 years before deciding to pursue my advanced practice degree. I wanted to be able to help patients manage their chronic illnesses as well as teach and facilitate patients' being proactive in preventing illness and living a healthy life. I also enjoy the challenge of being in a profession that requires lifelong learning.

Jane Arcangeli spent time with me and was very in tune to all of my questions. She ordered labs and got back to me immediately with the results.
Ms Arcangeli was great. If it hadn't been for her correctly diagnosing the issue and insisting on diagnostic tests, I probably would've gone home and who knows what might've happened.
Once I got the caregiver, I was very satisfied. However, it could be easier to get to a caregiver via phone.
Very professional, and knowledgeable about my illness. Comprehensive in considering the potential problem. Very good experience.
The care provider was excellent. In the top 5% I have ever experienced.
