In my own wordsSamantha Jacot has been a Family Nurse Practitioner with the Bishop's Peak Women's Health Center team since 2018. She was born and raised in Northern California. Her medical career started at 17 when she became a Certified Nursing Assistant. Her dream was to one day become a nurse.
Sam moved to the Central Coast in 2003 and studied Nutrition at Cal Poly. She then obtained her RN at Allan Hancock College. After graduation, Sam worked on the Telemetry unit at Marian Regional Medical Center and French Hospital. She then completed her BSN in Nursing at Regis University, and her Master's in Family Nurse Practitioner at Walden University. Sam's goal as a nurse practitioner is to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a compassionate, judgment-free environment. She is passionate about women's health prevention and maintenance.
Sam is married to her husband, Mike, and they have two children. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, running and enjoying all of the wonderful amenities the Central Coast offers.
