Financial Assistance

At Dignity Health, we are committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care to the communities we serve. If you don't have health insurance, our financial counseling staff is here to help you to find and access government or private programs that may help you pay for health care. The first step is to see if you are eligible for a government-sponsored health program (i.e. Medi-Cal/Medicaid/AHCCCS, Medicare, disability). Financial Counselors are available to work with you to complete the application process. If you qualify, these programs can provide access to health care and other vital social services for you and your family

Billing Help and FAQ

Quality patient care and dedication to patient satisfaction are our highest priorities. If you need help understanding your bill, we're here to support you with information on your bill's format and access to a business office near you.

If you are ineligible for a government program, you may qualify for our need-based Payment Assistance Program. Financial counselors can answer your questions and assist you with filling out the application. For assistance, locate the business office information for your facility on the Billing Help page.
