Dignity Health Woodland Memorial Hospital announces New Chief Nurse Executive

WOODLAND, Calif. (June 29, 2022) – Dignity Health Woodland Memorial Hospital announced today that Carolyn Caruso, RN, BSN, MBA, has joined the hospital as its new Chief Nurse Executive and Chief Operating Officer. Caruso is an accomplished leader who brings over ten years of progressive leadership experience to the organization.

In her role, Caruso oversees patient care services and nursing personnel within Woodland Memorial Hospital. Caruso is committed to providing extraordinary care within and beyond the hospital walls by serving our patients and the Woodland community.

Before joining Woodland Memorial Hospital, Caruso served as the Director of Transformation and Regulatory Affairs at Sutter Medical Center in Sacramento. Carolyn holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University and a Master’s in Business Administration from Western Governors University.
