Parents Stay Close to Their Preemies in $35 million NICU at Mercy Medical Center San Juan

Dignity Health Mercy San Juan Medical Center has broken ground on a $35 million Neonatal Intensive Care Unit expansion project.

The new unit will grow from its current size of roughly 1,200 square feet to nearly 18,000 square feet when the project is completed in the summer of 2020. Sacramento Bee and the Sacramento Business Journal both did stories highlighting the work that is under way.
