Three New Family Medicine Providers Join Woodland Healthcare
Dr. Yazdi received her medical degree from Azad University in Tehran, Iran. She completed her Family Medicine residency at Indiana University, Indianapolis, IN. Prior to joining Woodland Healthcare, Dr. Yazdi was a primary care physician at Apmla Health, Richland Clinic Family Health Center in Yuba City, CA. Dr. Yazdi is Board Certified in Family Medicine.
“As a family medicine physician, I provide a broad spectrum of care to patients of all ages, from newborn to geriatrics,” said Dr. Yazdi. “I am proud to be a member of a well known medical organization that provides the highest standard of care to their patients, and has access to excellent resources including multiple specialties and state-of-the-art medical technology.”
Dr. Yazdi will be seeing patients at our Davis Medical Office, located at 2330 W. Covell Blvd., Davis
Dr. Sajid received her medical degree from Dow Medical College in Karachi, Pakistan. She completed her Family Medicine internship and residency at Memorial Medical Center in Las Cruces, NM. Prior to joining Woodland Healthcare, Dr, Sajid was a primary care physician at Foothills Medical Center, Las Cruces, NM.
“I enjoy providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages,” said Dr. Sajid. “I value being a part of Woodland Healthcare, as it provides excellent care to patients of all ages and diverse backgrounds.”
Nurse Practioner Guzman received his Masters of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner from Samuel Merritt University in Sacramento, CA. He completed his internship in Adult Medicine at Kaiser Permanente, Davis Medical Office, Davis, CA; in Family Medicine at Hayward Day Labor Health Clinic, Hayward, CA; and in Orthopedics at Kaiser Permanente, Roseville Medical Center, Roseville, CA. Prior to joining Woodland Healthcare, Guzman served as a Registered School Nurse for the Folsom Cordova Unified School District in Rancho Cordova, CA.
“My philosophy of care is to provide quality, respectful, and compassionate care to everyone,” said Guzman. “I also strongly believe in preventive medicine, it is better for the overall health of the individual.”
Dr. Sajid and Nurse Practioner Guzman will be seeing patients at our Woodland Medical Office, located at 632 W. Gibson Road, Woodland, CA.
