Heart disease and cardiovascular disease kill more men and women than all cancers combined. Fortunately, a majority of heart-related deaths can be prevented with education and by taking action. Dr. Christopher Swales, family practice physician with Dignity Health Medical Foundation in Davis shared tips for patients to take control of their health and heart disease in the Feb. 21, 2016 issue of the Davis Enterprise.
