Employee assistance program (EAP)

Family problems, personal problems and other stresses can influence an employee's job performance. Research has shown that for every dollar spent on Employee Assistance Programs, four dollars are saved by avoiding lost productivity and health care costs.

At Dignity Health Medical Foundation, employers may design an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to fit their company's particular needs by selecting services from a full range of program components. Costs are calculated based on the services selected and the number of employees who will be covered. Services can be provided at the workplace or at four convenient locations throughout the Sacramento area.
