Our multispecialty team includes the following staff to support patients in their care: Administrative Coordinator, Outreach Education Coordinator, Physical Therapist, Recreation Therapist and Social Worker.

John A. Schafer MD, Multiple Sclerosis Achievement Center
Tiffany is the Director of the John A. Schafer, MD Multiple Sclerosis Achievement Center and has been with the program since 2014. She oversees the development of program curriculum and facilitation of activities and education to promote cognitive, physical, social, and emotional wellness for people living with multiple sclerosis and their loved ones. She has a Masters of Social Work and is an MS Specialist and has partnered with various MS organizations to provide education to people living with multiple sclerosis across the globe.

Meghan graduated from California State University, Sacramento in 2009 with a Masters of Social Work. At that time, she began working as a Medical Social Worker providing services in the field of neurology. She gained further clinical experience while working in various units at a local hospital. Meghan joined the MSAC family in July 2023 as the Outreach Education Coordinator and transitioned into the Program Manager position in September 2024 where she oversees program development. Meghan has had the great privilege of working in both clinical and non-profit settings, both of which have brought her heightened awareness to the needs of the people in our community.

EVENTS TO SUPPORT THE MS ACHIEVEMENT CENTER
Between now and June 2025
- JCPenney at the Roseville Galleria is supporting the MSAC through their ‘Round-Up Campaign’! Customers will be asked if they would like to round up to the nearest dollar at the time of their purchase, with 100% of the money raised being donated to the MSAC Operations Fund.
