Treatment includes working with your healthcare professional, taking your medications as directed, starting an exercise program and maintaining overall good health. Our Pulmonary Rehab program helps you accomplish these goals. Through evaluation, education, exercise, counseling and follow-up visits, participants in this six-week program learn how to manage their illness more effectively. Ultimately, many return to a more active lifestyle and become more involved in their own healthcare.

Enrollment in the program is open to adults with chronic pulmonary diseases who are referred by their doctor. Pulmonary Rehabilitation is covered by most insurance companies, including Medicare.
